Will insurance pay for your services?
That depends on your insurance plan and coverage. The reason we don't have agreements with insurance companies is because we make recommendations based on your health and our best clinical judgment: not the insurance carrier's concern for their bottom line. It's up to you to pay for our services at the time you receive them. We do not take Medicare and Medicaid.

Will you submit insurance forms?
We will gladly generate receipts or HCFA forms for your visit and submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement. Also, our office manager is highly skilled at helping our patients figure out what their insurance companies will cover and how to deal with the bureaucracy.
